★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo. Hacen un cobro por algo que no explican como resolvería el problema por el que se les llamó y, claro, al final no resuelve dicho problema. Además te hacen perder todo el dia dándote largas y largas hasta que finalmente, llegan.
I do not recommend it. They make a charge for something that they do not explain how it would solve the problem for which they were called and, of course, in the end it does not solve said problem. They also make you waste the whole day giving you long and long until finally, they arrive.

Primero respondieron bien y llegaron muy rápido, aunque de entrada sorprendió que cobran $ 200 por visita y aquí dice que son $ 120.. Según ellos iban a regresar dos horas después con electrodos adicionales para el sensor de nuestra bomba. Llegaron 4 horas y media más tarde. Nunca avisaron que se retrasarían. Hubo que estarles llamando y nos estuvieron prometiendo que iban en camino cuando tardaron otra hora completa en llegar (estamos a menos de 2 km). No presentaron factura que respaldara el alto cisto ($ 1,200 por instalar dos electrodos nuevos en menos de 10 minutos) y antes de que se fueran ya estaba presentándose el problema inicial de la bomba y nos dijeron que eso costaría otros $ 2,200 de mantenimiento anual porque la bomba "es italiana". No resolvieron. No ofrecieron garantía por su trabajo. Definitivamente no los recomiendo.
Expensive, unpunctual and non-transparent. We hired this service for its good reviews here on Google Maps. First they responded well and arrived very quickly, although at first it was surprising that they charge $200 per visit and here it says that it is $120. According to them they were going to return two hours later with additional electrodes for the sensor of our pump. They arrived 4 and a half hours later. They never warned that they would be delayed. We had to keep calling them and they were promising us that they were on their way when it took another full hour to arrive (we are less than 2 km away). They did not present an invoice to support the high cost ($1,200 to install two new electrodes in less than 10 minutes) and before they left the initial problem with the pump was already presenting itself and they told us that it would cost another $2,200 for annual maintenance because the bomb "is Italian". They did not resolve. They offered no guarantee for their work. I definitely do not recommend them.
