Es mala, no te dan información, no revisan el motor en el momento, piden que lo dejes y ellos te llaman al siguiente día para decirte el costo del trabajo. No se toman el tiempo para conquistar al cliente.
De su trabajo no opino ya que no me dieron la oportunidad de conocerlo.
My opinion of your customer service;
It's bad, they don't give you information, they don't check the engine right away, they ask you to leave it and they call you the next day to tell you the cost of the job. They don't take the time to win over the customer.
