★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahora que pasaron 3 meses desde que adquirí los mios puedo dar una buena crítica. NO LOS RECOMIENDO.
1. En atención al cliente fueron excelentes PERO.... para recibir mis lentes fue horrible. Los pedi a domicilio y me llegaron unos con la graduación incorrecta. Disque te adaptabas a ellos pero no pude.
2. Tuve que ir a la tienda y pedir que me la arreglaran mi graduación.
Mi sorpresa al llegar: ME DIERON LA GRADUACIÓN INCORRECTA Y ME PUSIERON QUE TENIA ASTIGMASTISMO CUANDO NI TENIA ESO.
2.1 Por las molestias causadas ellos me dijeron que podia cambiar mi modelo de elección y me dijeron que lo mejor era PEDIR RECOJER EN TIENDA porque sino SE EQUIVOCABAN.
3. En fin tuve que ir una TERCERA VEZ, y esta vez me dieron mis lentes.
Yo estuve feliz con mis lentes pero al mes se le empezaron aflojar las patitas eso jamás me habia pasado ni con los del afuera de ALLENDE.
En fin su material es SUPER ENDEBLE y para acabarla resulta que me estuvieron mandando correos para pasar a RECOGER MIS LENTES, cuando ya había ido, llenando mi bandeja.
No recomiendo esta tienda, la atención en tienda es buena pero todo el proceso para obtener tus lentes es cansadísimo. Eliges estas opciones por practicidad y por el concepto pero deja mucho que desear la logística y el proceso de elaboración.
Now that it's been 3 months since I got mine I can give a good review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
1. In customer service they were excellent BUT.... receiving my glasses was horrible. I ordered them at home and some arrived with the wrong graduation. Disque you adapted to them but I couldn't.
2. I had to go to the store and ask them to fix my graduation.
My surprise when I arrived: THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG GRADUATION AND THEY SAID I HAD ASTIGMASTISM WHEN I DID NOT EVEN HAVE THAT.
2.1 Due to the inconvenience caused, they told me that I could change my model of choice and they told me that the best thing was to ASK TO PICK UP IN STORE because otherwise THEY WERE WRONG.
3. Anyway, I had to go a THIRD TIME, and this time they gave me my glasses.
I was happy with my glasses, but after a month his legs began to loosen. That had never happened to me, not even with those outside of ALLENDE.
In short, their material is SUPER WEAK and to finish it off it turns out that they were sending me emails to go to PICK UP MY LENSES, when I had already gone, filling my tray.
I do not recommend this store, the attention in the store is good but the whole process to obtain your glasses is very tiring. You choose these options for practicality and for the concept, but the logistics and the manufacturing process leave much to be desired.
