What is not there, father, is that the bathrooms, at least for women, do not have insurance, so either you go with a friend to stop the door or ask the favor of the one behind you ? What if it is from the ? there is an open bar of water from 10 to 12 it seems to me, what they say is Vodka, Rum and Whiskey but it is water with ice that will work because the place gets stuck and takes the heat off hahahaha I do recognize that the waiters are very kind ?? In total I paid approx $1200 for 2 people

It is a place with a good atmosphere, good decorations and lights, although I think they should put more up-to-date music. Regueton, trendy Latin pop, more varied music to dance. They started with old-fashioned reggaeton and little-known songs. With everything and the pandemic. Nobody wore a mask. And they jammed the place until they couldn't. And almost all the waiters wore their ornamental mask on their chin. Only one waitress wore her mask. We made a reservation and a cover of 100 to 200 pesos is paid. And when you enter you do not have the right to even a chair. The armchairs and tables are for large groups consuming a bottle. That is, the bottle costs 1500 or 1700. Only then do they give you a place to sit and we arrive early. If they don't take you to a bar where you can put your glass but without chairs, quite uncomfortable. I had never had that experience in a club.

I supposedly booked and when I arrived they didn't have the table, additionally I asked for several bottles, it took 1 hour and never arrived, they gave me a chair for a reservation for 4 and they made me share the table that was halfway left with some drinks and those of other people … I really do not recommend it, the party is good but there is no service, I think there are other good places that have better service

From the moment we entered the staff had a terrible attitude even though we had a reservation, as if they were doing us a favor. Besides, they denigrated a friend for his way of dressing, they promise a lot in the service and do not fulfill everything, a terrible attitude, really, disastrous.

To begin with, I asked the price of a rum service and they told me that a Mat Clas was 1600 (no problems so far). When they take me to the table and assign me a waiter, I ask him the same question and he tells me 2400 and I ??. I asked them to call the supervisor and he came with the letter and it was 1599. Then, I ask for the service and they bring it with 6 cans of soda. We serve the first drinks and spend 2 cans and that's when I realize that the waiter takes 2 and leaves 2 in the cooler. I tell another waitress, thinking it's normal, and the waiter comes back and tells me that he had already consumed 4 cans (I had lined them up myself and everything, I was very clear about what was left and I only had one drink so drunk was not). Of course, when I finished the 2 cans that they left me, I asked for more soda and they told me that it had a cost per can. And I: "But you took them yourselves!!!!" To close with a flourish, I ask for the bill (it took forever) and the same waiter approaches me and tells me that the bill is 1,700 plus 70 of the additional can and I complain and tell him that it's not 1,700, it's 1,599. He corrects again and I say to pay with the terminal, in that act he asks me if I close the account or if I add the service and still, in spite of everything, I tell him to put 10% and the very cheeky man says that the minimum is 20 %. What can I tell you? …… The place is decent and has a good laser game. The music is not current but it is good (for these two things is that I put the 2nd star). And the place is very hot, it has little ventilation/cooling. Conclusion: I WOULD NOT GO BACK AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. AVOID THE BAD EXPERIENCE

The prices are very high and the waiters always want to charge you above the% that is. They give you a price and end up telling you another with any excuse. The atmosphere is good after 12 although the music should be more up to date.

The waiters are very attentive, it is well ventilated, the music is good and the atmosphere gets better with the night, there are promos for birthday boys, the cover is not expensive ($100), relatively clean and very accessible bathrooms at the entrance if you have reservation. Negative things: There is no place to leave your car in the surroundings safely so you are forced to pay the valet, you go up many stairs, the place is much smaller than it is perceived in the photos, there are not enough tables and chairs, drinks from the open bar seem to have no alcohol, the menu is expensive, Countess style. The bottles are small and the shakers the same. The bathroom doors open, the waiters almost force you to pay a tip for their services. If you enjoy the music and the atmosphere but they sell it to you as the best and the truth is there are many things that do not meet expectations.
