About Bon Dessert EL CERRITO
La Pastelería Bon Dessert surgió en la década de los 90 ’s, llegando a conquistar el paladar de todos, con el tradicional sabor de la pastelería fina de aquellos tiempos. En 2004, la marca evolucionó y se transformó en un concepto más fresco y moderno, llevando la dulzura de productos de alta calidad a la icónica ciudad de Puebla.
Poco a poco la empresa fue creciendo, dándole la bienvenida a reposteros reconocidos y altamente capacitados en el tema de la pastelería, para brindarle a los comensales, experiencias culinarias extraordinarias y fuera de lo habitual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a comprar un pastel a esta sucursal, estaba apurado y no me di cuenta que no me regresaron mi tarjeta de crédito, puse el pastel en mi camioneta y regrese por el plástico.
La encargada me dijo que ya me la había dado, lo cual no era verdad, hubo una discusión y pedí que revisarán los videos de seguridad, el personal super grosero y prepotente.
A los 5 mins estando yo en la sucursal, me llega un mensaje del banco de un cargo de $8,000.00
Le mostré el mensaje a la encargada, me insulto.
Sali un momento a hablar al banco y me dicen que la transacción fue acreditada con el chip de mi tarjeta, que virtualmente la transacción fue a bondessert.
La encargada juraba que no la tenía, pero no había ningún otro cliente en el momento que fuí
Nadie se hizo responsable, que asco de pastelería y peor de los encargados, no vayan nunca a comprar a este lugar, mucho cuidado.
I went to buy a cake at this branch, I was in a hurry and did not realize that they did not return my credit card, I put the cake in my truck and went back for the plastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien lugar para ir a comprar un pastel o postre, sus pasteles son deliciosos, la atención al cliente por parte del personal siempre es muy amable atendiendote siempre con una sonrisa, suelen dar pequeñas rebanadas de pastel como prueba, las puertas siempre las matienen cerradas y hay enrejado pero sí está abierto y atienden el local.
Very good place to go to buy a cake or dessert, their cakes are delicious, customer service by the staff is always very friendly always attending you with a smile, usually give small slices of cake as proof, the doors always closed matienen and there is a lattice but it is open and they take care of the place.
