Pues antes era de pan con capas colores (arcoiris) y el pan era húmedo con un ganache muy rico. Ahora demasiado seco , el pan quemado y relleno de fresa natural . Pero en cuanto al pan es delicioso y su repostería es increíble variedad. La atención se me hizo aceptable y los precios asequibles. Es casi idéntica a La Esperanza, solo que a mayor escala. Me sorprendió que tiene un horno de piedra para las pizzas. Están deliciosas. Por cierto que son idénticas a las de La Esperanza. Hasta el ticket es igual. Excellent taste, presentation and quality of the products. The store is very nice, with a nice and functional design. No le doy 5 estrellas porque la persona que nos atendió no traía bien puesto el cubrebocas y afortunadamente ya nos había entregado nuestro producto cuando estornudó.
