★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tal vez la ubicación no sea muy buena, pero siempre hay lugar para estacionarse lo cual se agradece. El servicio es bueno, el pan, pasteles, y gelatinas ( gran variedad) son buenos, el precio corresponde a la calidad del producto.
 The location may not be very good, but there is always a parking space which is appreciated. The service is good, the bread, cakes, and jellies (great variety) are good, the price corresponds to the quality of the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas noches, el motivo de mi correo es para exponer mi situación con la señora Guadalupe Silva que labora en la sucursal de refinería, dado que desde el momento en el que ingresé a hacer mi compra no había personal para atenderme y posteriormente la señora me brindo una atención nefasta, la señora no tiene educación, fue una persona grosera a tal grado de llegar a amenazarme, por lo que dejo por sentado que cualquier cosa que llegue a sucederme, hago responsable a la señora Guadalupe Silva quien atentó contra mi integridad física y emocional.
Inclusive la gerente encargada tuvo que intervenir a calmar a su empleada puesto que llegó a agredirme físicamente. Todo esto sucedió en bon pane de Refineria.
Entiendo que el servicio a clientes es complicado pero si una persona va a laborar en una empresa reconocida, mínimo deberían de enseñarles cómo tratar a los clientes y pedirles que dejen sus problemas personales fuera de la empresa pues personalmente creo que nadie tiene por qué soportar esos malos tratos y mucho menos agresión física.
Good evening, the reason for my email is to expose my situation with Mrs. Guadalupe Silva who works at the refinery branch, given that from the moment I entered to make my purchase there was no staff to assist me and later the lady gave me disastrous attention, the lady has no education, she was a rude person to the point of threatening me, so I take it for granted that whatever happens to me, I hold Mrs. Guadalupe Silva responsible, who attacked my physical integrity and emotional.
Even the manager in charge had to intervene to calm her employee since she came to physically attack me. All this happened in bon pane de Refineria.
I understand that customer service is complicated, but if a person is going to work in a recognized company, they should at least be taught how to treat customers and ask them to leave their personal problems outside the company, because I personally believe that no one has to put up with those mistreatment and much less physical aggression.

Café y pan o galletas , calidez en su personal,trato amable.tengo una queja los pasteles los he probado cada uno de ellos,pero la verdad el favorito de la familia era el de frutos rojos ahora lo han hechado a perder pues le han quitado los frutos y está nueva receta está muy desgraciada, solicito que se vuelva a hacer la misma receta anterior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para comprar pan y pasteles, es una esperanza pero con otro nombre, los precios son mas elevados que una panaderia clasica, por ejemplo, un pan dulce sencillo como la concha esta en $9.00, el sabor de los productos es bueno y tienen bastante variedad, esta algo escondido por que esta justo debajo del puente de parque via a la altura de metro refineria, si traes coche puedes estacionarte debajo del puente sin costo.
