★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandé a bordar una bata en donde se tardaron un mes (10 días más de lo pactado).
No respetaron los colores de ninguno de los 2 logos. Hicimos la corrección, se volvieron a llevar la bata. Y un logo lo dejaron igual y el otro siguieron sin respetar mi selección del color.
Porque según a criterio de la dueña, se veía de otro color en la imagen. A lo que le pregunto ¿Para qué escojo los hilos en la sucursal, si no los va a respetar al momento de bordar?
Fui muy claro en los colores, pero por tercos no los respetaron y los logos quedaron de otro color distinto a los originales...
I had a gown embroidered where it took a month (10 days more than agreed).
They did not respect the colors of any of the 2 logos. We made the correction, they went back to wearing the gown. And they left one logo the same and the other one followed without respecting my color selection.
Because according to the owner's discretion, it looked another color in the image. To which I ask, why do I choose the threads in the branch, if you are not going to respect them when embroidering?
I was very clear about the colors, but because they were stubborn they did not respect them and the logos were a different color from the originals ...
