★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace dos dias hable para solicitar entrega a domicilio, hoy me quede en casa de las 8 AM hasta las 5:05PM (y sigo esperando) para estar aqui y recibir la entrega Y NADA!!!!! Hablo al #800 y trabajan hasta las 4 PM, hable al centro local de mi area y "el servicio no esta disponible"!!!! Que clase de servicio a cliente es esto? Me aseguraron BUEN SERVICIO y ENTREGA CONFIABLE..... encima que me he quedado sin agua hasta el Lunes, que poca!
Two days ago I spoke to request home delivery, today I stayed at home from 8 AM to 5:05 PM (and I'm still waiting) to be here and receive the delivery AND NOTHING !!!!! I call # 800 and they work until 4 PM, I called the local center in my area and "the service is not available" !!!! What kind of customer service is this? They assured me GOOD SERVICE and RELIABLE DELIVERY ..... above that I have run out of water until Monday, that little!
