★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas de este fraccionamiento están muy bien construidas pues me ha tocado ver los cimientos y las varillas y los vaciados que hacen. Muy bien reforzadas las estructuras de todas las casas.
Los acabados muy buenos.
Los diseños de fachadas muy bonitas y tienen sus juntas de mejora con los vecinos y han definido conservar el tipo de fachadas que sean similares o del mismo estilo.
Tienen caseta de seguridad muy bien controlada.
Hay tarjetas de acceso para los residentes.
Tienen un pequeño parque central que hace su función de estar limpio y ordenado.
Una palapa para organizar algún pequeño evento.
Otra palapa de cemento que sirve muy bien para cualquier pequeña reunión.
Fraccionamiento privado con seguridad eléctrica sobre las bardas.
En términos generales se ve un fraccionamiento muy tranquilo.
Tiene un juego acuático para los niños, lo cual está genial, pero en este momento no funciona y desconozco si lo habilitarán.
También algunos juegos infantiles ya se encuentran un poco deteriorados por el tiempo y por el uso.

The houses in this subdivision are very well built because I have had to see the foundations and the rods and the castings they make. Very well reinforced the structures of all the houses.
