★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Júpiter le encanta su comida Bone además de que es un perrito sumamente sano!! Su pelito brilla mucho, siempre tiene energía y su estómago es feliz. Luis me dio una capacitación buenísima para poder prepararla yo porque no vivo en Mérida. Todo me lo explicó al 100% y desde cero para que no me quedara ninguna duda.
Jupiter loves his food Bone and he is an extremely healthy little dog !! Her little hair shines a lot, she always has energy and her stomach is happy. Luis gave me a very good training so that I could prepare it myself because I don't live in Merida. Everything was explained to me 100% and from scratch so that I had no doubts.

Kiki and Kia love their bone food. Since they eat natural food, their fur is shinier and they never get sick. ? And I feel more at ease knowing that they eat quality food at a reasonable price.

First of all the owner Luis, is an absolute pleasure and dream to work with, I have had the nothing but the best experiences dealing with him and can not say enough good things, he truly cares and is passionate about his business, and it shows, he is punctual, quick to respond and always follows up and wants to make sure his clients are happy.
Also the fact he speaks perfect english was a huge plus for me as my Spanish is very limited and I could communicate with him very well on my complex questions and issues I was having with my cat.
Luis went above and beyond for me, making me multiple different kinds of custom batches of raw food mixes for my SUPER PICKY exotic cat, who loves @b.onemid products. I cannot express how much I appreciate the effort of working with someone so knowledgable on pet nutrition and willing to put in SO much effort and detail to fulfill the different unique needs of his customers. Incredible service.
It was a HUGE RELIEF and took so much stress off of me finding this company coming from Canada to live in a new country having a raw fed pet and no longer able to get the same products I was feeding.
The best quality products, neat and tidy, easy to feed packaging, I am a very impressed and happy customer! This is something very unique and hard to come by in Merida and this area, and Im so happy I found B.one for my pets! Thank you!
