★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si estás cerca de la zona te saca de apuros pero no tienen mucho surtido de geles semipermanentes y cosas de uñas mejor vayan a las tiendas del centro de Toluca si tienen tiempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues decepcionada por el trato de recepción. Siempre he esperado más de 40 min para ser atendida y hoy por llegar 5 min ( dentro de la tolerancia ) me dicen q se pierde la cita . Al final dicen q si nos atienden . Y mi cita era 5:45 y me acabaron atendiendo 6:40. El trato con Ivonne siempre es EXCELENTE , por eso no hay queja . Pero capaciten a su personal de recepción ya que yo tengo una veterinaria . Y es la primera cara que el cliente ve.
Well, disappointed by the reception treatment. I have always waited more than 40 minutes to be seen and today for 5 minutes (within tolerance) they tell me that the appointment is lost. In the end they say if they attend us. And my appointment was 5:45 and they ended up seeing me 6:40. The treatment with Ivonne is always EXCELLENT, that's why there are no complaints. But train your reception staff since I have a veterinarian. And it is the first face the customer sees.
