★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le hace honor a su nombre pues es un hotel muy bonito y accesible, el trato es agradable y servicial. Las habitaciones son cómodas y con todos los servicios. Lo recomiendo. Está a 5 minutos de playa caminando.
 It lives up to its name because it is a very nice and accessible hotel, the treatment is pleasant and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and with all the services. I recommend it. It is 5 minutes from the beach walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los detalles de la habitación limpios y se ve que es reciente pues todo se ve con poco uso.
Lo malo es que la alberca se veía sucia ,la gente pasó todo el día ahí y ya en la noche se veía muy sucia y ya no te dió confianza que mis hijos se metieran, pero en general muy accesible ,cómodo para el lugar.
The details of the room are clean and it is seen that it is recent because everything is seen with little use.
The bad thing is that the pool looked dirty, people spent all day there and at night it looked very dirty and you no longer gave you confidence that my children would get in, but in general very accessible, comfortable for the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy sencillo el lugar, y aunque no está a pie de playa, está se encuentra a 350 metros.
Lo malo, es la lentitud de la atención, ya que se reservo a una hora específica y cuando llegamos ( siendo que llegamos tarde), nos hicieron esperar casi 30 min "en lo que limpiaban" la habitación.
Sin mencionar la pésima higiene que tienen en los cuartos.
Y la seguridad tampoco es fiable, ya que se pueden saltar a los cuartos fácilmente.
The place is very simple, and although it is not on the beach, it is 350 meters away.
The bad thing is the slowness of the service, since it was reserved at a specific time and when we arrived (being that we were late), they made us wait almost 30 min "in which they cleaned" the room.
Not to mention the terrible hygiene they have in the rooms.
And the security is not reliable either, since they can jump to the rooms easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a brand new property Large rooms with a patio if on bottom or deck on 2nd & 3rd floor ..common kitchen for guests ...very fair rates ..very clean & comfortable.. very short walk to playa ropa ( best beach in Zihuatanejo) btw...the location on google maps is wrong (will edit this when fixed)update: finally location is correct
