Son muy mentirosos dicen una cosa una persona después sale otra y dice otra, no tienen comunicación internamente.
Dijeron que los viernes es descuento y no es cierto ya que llevas a tu mascota y pagas te lo cobran normal y te dicen que no dijeron eso. Pésimo servicio y mala calidad de trabajo.
Terrible customer treatment.
They are very liars, they say one thing one person then another comes out and says another, they have no communication internally.
They said that on Fridays it is a discount and it is not true since you take your pet and pay, they charge you normal and they tell you that they did not say that. Terrible service and poor quality of work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece que esta veterinaria es una de las mejores que hay en el rumbo, ya que la atención que te dan es personalizada y en todo momento están al tanto tanto de tus mascotas, como de tu persona, siempre profesionales y en busca de la excelencia puedo decir que estoy muy contento ya que he llevado varias veces a mis mascotas y siempre han resultado un éxito todos los tratamientos que les han brindado.
Igualmente creo que el personal muestra una empatía excepcional con los animales, ya que siempre que llegan al sitio se encuentran muy felices y desinhibidos agradezco mucho a la veterinaria Tatiana por hacer feliz a mis animales y ser una excelente profesionista sigue así Bonna vet y seguro llegarás muy lejos.
