Booking Destination Services - 77507 Cancún

This company is complete fraud!!! Do not book with them. Positive reviews are likely fake!!! I booked a “superb” round trip for $120 with them and it was supposed to be private! But when I got there they made me wait for 20 minutes for another person to show up and then they put me in shared ride with other people. I complained and they said they don’t have private right now and they will refund my money! IT TOOK 1 AND HALF HOUR TO GET TO MY HOTEL BECAUSE IT WAS SHARED AND THEY DROPPED OFF EVERYONE BEFORE US!!! I called them the next day and they said they will refund it and I shouldn’t worry. I confirmed the time for return and I said originally I said 12 pm but can you come at 1 pm please? They confirmed they will instead come at 1 pm to pick us up. On the day of return NO ONE SHOWED UP. They didn’t answer my calls. DO NOT BOOK TRANSPORTATION WITH THEM! THEY ARE COMPLETE FRAUD!!!

I recently flew from Cancun with my family and my sister family. There were 4 adults, 2 small children and 1 baby. You can imagine all the luggage and the necessary automobile seats. We left Cancun early in the morning, so I decided to look at the transportation services a few days beforehand. booking Destination Services was the first place that appeared, so I sent an email at high hours at night while putting my daughter. And I was surprised to have a phone call immediately after sending! She also responded to my email. I called back, and I assured our transport service to Cancun in a matter of minutes! Johnny was friendly and the price of him was fair and competitive. He confirmed with us again the previous day, which I appreciated. Bright and early the next day, he appeared and began to carry our luggage. I brought the seat of the travel car, which was new. He immediately grabbed him and knew exactly how to install it! I appreciate yourself profusely to install the seat, and he said it is part of our service! We continue the double check installation and it was correct. The trip was nice, and our driver was super friendly.

I would never use this service! They cancelled on us 15 minutes after they were supposed to pick us up. They lied and said they had contacted me about not being able to come. They didn't offer a refund! We will most likely miss our flight! Do not use this compnay. I have never given a review before but this time I felt obligated! Horrible service!

Team did a good job in receiving us but the communication was a bit delayed or "off" in my opinion. No confirm call going or returning and that adds a bit of stress to the customer. That is my only complaint. I had to call them ? the day before.

Unreliable services. Even when making reservations months in advance there is no guarantee the service will be provided. Yesterday, this company left us stranded at the Cancun airport because the airline delays in delivering luggage was too long for them. They just texted - get your own taxi.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I booked and paid for a round-trip airport shuttle in May 2022. They did not contact us to provide us with a pick-up time for our departure date, I had to contact them. Then, on the day we were to depart, we were in the lobby 1/2 hour early and I sent both an email and message to them letting them know our party was ready and in the lobby. We were supposed to be picked up at 3pm. At 3:00 we were the only people in our hotel lobby awaiting pickup (most leave late morning). At 3:05, the driver pulls up, says our last name, I say yes and repeat it back to him. He then asks for and I show him out email confirmation which contains my name. Halfway to the airport the driver turns around and starts driving back. We were in Playa so it’s 1 hour 20ish minutes to the airport. The driver does not speak English so between my daughter and I, along with a translator app, we get several stories from the driver. First he says he missed the exit and needed to turn around (not true-it’s a straight shot to the airport), then he changed it to there was car trouble and we wouldn’t make it, then he said he was going to the airport (we weren’t- he was just trying to get us to be quiet), and then he said he picked up the wrong people. Long story short, he drops us off at our hotel and it’s now an hour later and we have to pay for a cab ($70) to get to the airport in the fly. I contacted the company and was told I would be issued a refund for the 1/2 of a trip I did not receive, which we did NOT receive, nor would they reimburse the cost of the taxi. Use Amstar, Cancun Adventures, or even a taxi but do NOT use BDS, they just hustle and swindle you out of money.

I reached out to the booking team a full day before our departure to change the time for pick up from 12:00 to 11:00am, our flight time moved up and we wanted to make sure we didn’t miss it. I spoke with someone via the website chat and also opened a ticket in order to make sure the time had been changed. I have receipts and after my conversation via chat & I recieved email confirmation. Day of, no one was there to pick us up, and when I called to inquire, the time had not been updated to reflect our request in your system despite us reaching out in 2 different ways. We had to grab a cab and nearly missed our flight home, not only that, we were not reimbursed and the cab costs twice what we could’ve gotten. This is absolutely unacceptable and I have to write a very poor review on this service, considering your entire service relies on your timely delivery to and from the airport.

Used their service today! I was very impressed and wanted to share my experience as there is a lot of rough reviews. I booked a ride through the website. A man was standing with my name on a board as I left the airport and he called the driver for me. The driver was about 10 minutes away and he stood with me and loaded my luggage into the car upon his arrival. I booked the private ride. A lot of reviews mentioned how it wasn’t private, but mine was. Traffic was bad and roads were rough because of a storm, but my driver was very careful and cautious of road conditions and got me to my hotel safe and in a timely manner.
