It is an excellent place to train, it has plenty of equipment, it is spacious, clean, a variety of music and well ventilated. Although the price is significantly higher than nearby gyms, please note that all equipment is new and in excellent condition.

Excellent place, of very good quality, highly trained instructors, I am one of those who hates going to the gym although I do not have my program personalized, at reception they guide me well and tell any instructor to take my routine that day, everything is excellent, to go, train, talk and get fitnes

I didn't like the attention. Especially at reception, many times I can't find anyone, when I need my routine no one peeled me... they told me that they gave feedback to their staff but I only noticed a refusal from the girl at reception and her boyfriend, which is why I don't think keep paying a month +

It is a gym, it is always clean, the equipment is new and everything is in good condition, it has a good atmosphere, the receptionist is super attentive and the coaches are always aware of your training, I highly recommend them.

It is a very nice place with good music, unfortunately when asking for my routine with teacher Adrian he always made faces at me or started talking. He shows his disinterest and I had better look for the exercises on the internet.

Very happy with this place, new appliances, it is always clean (it does not smell like legs like the smart fit), the excellent service and how it is new, it is somewhat empty. A gem today. P.S. It does not have parking or drinking fountains :)

It is not a recommended place, there is no criteria on the part of the administration, the equipment, even though it seems in good condition, is deteriorated, be careful; They infuse you with a regulation that they do not make you sign or read for your knowledge, in which you must pay for the damage to the equipment if it breaks down, apparently they are new but they are used equipment, but there is nothing wrong with that, this happens due to lack of maintenance in a week there were already 3 sections out of service in the integrated weight area and of the 8 treadmills only 6 were already working, too bad! I thought that the concept would be different but I was disappointed, believe me what I tell you, it is not an option, Paris Ibañez, coach of high-performance athletes in the count and deputy director of sports in CDMX, writes it to you.. A FIASCO this place and not for people have working, if not for their manager...

In most of the gyms where I have been, they left me alone for a long time and here the two trainers are super attentive, the facilities are very clean and well cared for and all the staff have a very cool vibe, they have a good set of machines, my favorite is the Nautilus of 9 elements and the very complete weight equipment. I definitely recommend it 100 ;)
