★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently working with Boomsourcing. The atmosphere here is not good. Only those people get promotions who has any relation with his senior(s). To get promotion you have to spend time with your seniors and you have to be around them all the time.
Those who are shy, I suggest not to join Boomsourcing because you will cry for sure. In Boomsourcing only those who can survive are the ones who speak, or who is loud.

They require you to place a review here in Glassdoor, Indeed, Boomerang and it should be a five star review or else they will also dismiss you like the rest of the employees without any warning. They have fired a lot of good employees already literally harassment on employees no values. a irresponsible leadership. After workin for 2 years no salary increase.
DON"T GET FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST.

It was a great experience, I create a big bond with my coworkers and staff in general, during the pandemic I did homework and they made it easy for me. The schedule is good, it will give you the space to have time for your personal life, totally recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm currently working in this company. My personal experience is been wonderful. I love this job, is a nice place to work and to practice your english. You'll find wonderful people here where you can iniciate a good friendship. You get pay for what you do that's a fact.
They make it easy for you if you wanna work from home. They lend you the equipment.
If you have a bad experience with this company is because you did something wrong, because this guys treat you good if you do good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked here around 2019. Jobs feel pretty unstable. One moment you're doing this job, the next moment you're doing a new one. The salary is shaky. If you move up from a job with more responsibilities or hours, the salary can go up, but if that job falls through you can be demoted to what's available and your salary changes to less then. Salary was always shaky. It sucked that I found out some people who were doing the same job as me were earning 1k to 2k more. Another thing, a supervisor I had at the time kept harassing me, making unwanted comments and unwanted filtering. Another two supervisor I had from Utah were also racists to our Philippines team. Kept making racist remarks and jokes about them. I'm giving this job a 2 and not a 1 because there were some cool people there and the hours weren't too bad.
