Desafortunadamente no estoy en Guadalajara ni puedo hacer varios viajes solo para eso.
La compra de hizo el 18 de Noviembre, hoy use la botas dentro de casa y luego me di cuenta de que las correas que quedan al tobillo están rotas, justo donde va la costura.
Pero para la garantía debo llevar las botas y ellos enviarlas a Cuadra y esperar dos semanas para ver si deciden si es defecto de fábrica o no y esperar a que las regresen.
The guarantee process is very complicated, I suppose it is so that we do not proceed and lose money. One would expect a good quality product by paying $ 3688 for some boots, but it was not my case.
Unfortunately I am not in Guadalajara nor can I make several trips just for that.
The purchase was made on November 18, today I used the boots inside the house and then I realized that the ankle straps are broken, right where the seam goes.
But for the guarantee I have to take the boots and they send them to Cuadra and wait two weeks to see if they decide if it is a factory defect or not and wait for them to return them.

The staff is amazing and takes care to help you find the best boot that fits nice. I will buy again and have gone multiple times!
