★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen buena atención al cliente, Tatiana es súper grosera, tiene cero empatía con el cliente, no te orienta en el proceso espera que seas conocedor del proceso y materiales, pedí una etiqueta con ciertas especificaciones desde el principio me dieron presupuesto, pagué y al final que no se podía realizar, fue un rollo para la devolución de dinero.
No lo recomiendo, hay otras empresas con más diversidad y mejor atención.
They do not have good customer service, Tatiana is super rude, she has zero empathy with the client, she does not guide you in the process, she expects you to be knowledgeable about the process and materials, I asked for a label with certain specifications from the beginning they gave me a quote, I paid and end that could not be done, it was a bummer for the money back.
I do not recommend it, there are other companies with more diversity and better attention.

Una chica que atiende, enojada, pésima, grosera, parece que ni trabaja agusto o ni le gusta lo que hace; en cambio otra chica que desconozco su nombre, nada que ver, te alegra el día. De ahí en más es eso, tal vez sea hora de buscar un nuevo proveedor.
