★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no es la primera vez que me dicen que entregan la ropa un día y resulta que NO lo hacen.
Lamentable la falta de seriedad de este negocio.
Le dí una segunda oportunidad y me fallaron.
NO LO RECOMIENDO.
Agradezco que el dueño haya tratado de resolver el problema pero creo que su personal no está capacitado para su negocio.
Terrible service, it is not the first time that they tell me that they deliver the clothes one day and it turns out that they do NOT.
Unfortunately the lack of seriousness of this business.
I gave them a second chance and they failed me.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
I appreciate that the owner has tried to solve the problem but I think his staff is not trained for his business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me considero una persona bastante razonable y no soy de las q se pongan locas cuando algo sale mal.
Lleve un vestido de fiesta a este lugar a que le recortarán el largo, tenia la fiesta el día siguiente que lo recogí y ni con los tacones que tomaron las medidas a recortar quedo bien, se arrastraban más de 5 cm (toda la noche sosteniendo el vestido con la mano).
Después de un mes lleve de nuevo el vestido a q arreglaran el super trabajo q hicieron (ok, asumo mi responsabilidad, yo no sabia q tenían un mes de garantía, ya q era la 1ra vez q llevaba algo a arreglar), y hoy q pase por el, simplemente me cobraron lo mismo por el trabajo q debieron de haber entregado bien desde la 1ra vez (bueno no lo mismo, más porque la 1ra vez se equivocaron y me cobraron menos, y esta vez cobraron lo correcto, jah!), hubiera entendido q me cobraran la mano de obra, pero más bien me parecio una burla, espero q esta vez hayan realizado el trabajo correctamente, puedo calificar su atención al cliente como DECEPCIONANTE.

I took a party dress to this place where they will cut the length, I had the party the next day that I picked it up and even with the heels that took the measures to cut it was not good, they dragged more than 5 cm (all night holding the dressed by hand).
After a month I took the dress again to fix the super job they did (ok, I assume my responsibility, I did not know they had a month warranty, since it was the 1st time I had something to fix), and today what happens for it, they just charged me the same for the work that they must have delivered well from the 1st time (well not the same, more because the 1st time they were wrong and they charged me less, and this time they charged the right thing, hah!), I would have understood that they would charge me for the labor, but rather it seemed a mockery, I hope that this time they have carried out the work correctly, I can describe their customer service as DISAPPOINTING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de los bordados es buena, sin embargo, procuren checar bien todas y cada una de sus prendas, no me fijé y en una de piezas el bordado ha quedo a ras de la tela que queda atrás para proteger la prenda, haciendo que esta se rompiera un poco. Tienen buena atención y opciones para servicios de bordado urgente con un costo extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el dueño es muy grosero y te amenazan con donar tus prendas si no pagas el almacenaje de la ropa por excederte en el tiempo , jamás había tenido problemas con una tintorería por el recoger una prenda..haha El señor es súper conflictivo y no tienen una buena tención al cliente , HORROR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No dejen sus prendas ahí. Dejé unas sudaderas para bordado y no hicieron el trabajo. Me mandan mensaje para avisar que ya está listo, llego a la sucursal y no estaban listas, con mentiras me quieren engañar que yo me equivoqué, y me comentan que no están mis prendas en esa sucursal. Regresa en ese momento mi esposo y sí se las entregan. El dueño y la encargada tienen pésimo trato y servicio. Dicen mentiras y tratan de engañarte y manipularte para que pienses que uno es el que se equivoca. La vdd pensé que me iba a quedar sin sudaderas.
Terrible service. Do not leave your clothes there. I left some sweatshirts for embroidery and they didn't do the job. They send me a message to let me know that it is ready, I arrive at the branch and they were not ready, with lies they want to deceive me that I was wrong, and they tell me that my clothes are not in that branch. My husband returns at that moment and they do give them to him. The owner and the manager have terrible treatment and service. They tell lies and try to deceive and manipulate you into thinking that you are the one who is wrong. The vdd I thought I was going to run out of sweatshirts.

Llevas la ropa un día y te dicen que en 3 días te la entregan y al final se justifican de que tuvieron problemas y la ropa no llega a tiempo, súper irresponsables y atienden con mala cara y gana, de verdad terrible. mejor vayan a BeClean que está a unas dos cuadras y ahí si te atienden bien y te dan la ropa al día siguiente. Y te atienden siempre de buena gana
