No entregan los pedidos en tiempo y forma y no atienden los medios de comunicación cuando pides que se aclare el tema.
Te entregan lo que quieren y como quieren.
Terrible service.
They do not deliver orders in a timely manner and they do not attend the media when you ask for clarification on the matter.
They deliver what they want and how they want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informales, hice un pedido me dijeron que en una semana así me trajeron un mes y al mes me dicen que siempre no pueden surtir.
Además si quieres pagar con tarjeta te cobran a tí la comisión adicional cuándo el SAT a dicho muchas veces que eso no debe ser.
Informally, I placed an order and they told me that in a week like this they brought me a month and after a month they tell me that they cannot always supply.
Also, if you want to pay with a card, they charge you the additional commission when the SAT has said many times that it should not be.

They brought me a month saying they delivered in a week and they never had the order. Terrible service and also liars.

They are too informal. One month telling me every week that the order was going to be ready and at the mere hour they told me that they could not get the fabric. A month wasted with pure lies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy impuntuales 3 semanas para 2 playeras de bordado que se suponía me la daban de un día para otro aparte de eso por mi trabajo solo puedo ir los sábados que en el volante dice que cierran a las 5 y llegaba a las 3:00 la primera vez y la segunda 2:30 y ya estaba cerrado tuve que pedir varios permisos por qué su número tel nunca contestaron... Mal servicio
They are very unpunctual 3 weeks for 2 embroidered shirts that were supposed to be given to me from one day to the next apart from that because of my work I can only go on Saturdays that on the flyer it says that they close at 5 and I arrived at 3:00 the first time and the second 2:30 and it was already closed I had to ask for several permits because their tel number was never answered... Bad service
