I needed an embroidery and they took great care of me. When I arrived, they already had some tests ready for me to see how I could see the embroidery I needed and the attention was excellent. I highly recommend them.

The finish did not seem very good to me and the communication was not adequate.

She regularly left gowns and uniforms to be embroidered and today in a very rude and aggressive way, the one who attends the counter of the store that was closed during the pandemic, simply told me that they had a lot of work and that she could not attend to me, they never sent me my punch Since I had my first embroidery done in May and I am only asking for the service that they have been offering for months. Today I told the person who attended me at the counter that it did not matter that I waited for the time and he told me that he did not want to have pending, I think it is not the appropriate way to attend to any client, perhaps during the pandemic that they had closed their store if they cared as a customer, but now that they have opened the store, they no longer care about serving customers like me.
