★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen las fechas que dicen, cobran IVA para la facturacion y no la emiten, adicional a esto, me cobraron un ponchado que no me han enviado y se les trata de contactar por cualquier vía y no responden. De verdad no recomiendo para nada este servicio.
They do not meet the dates they say, they charge VAT for billing and they do not issue it, in addition to this, they charged me a strikeout that they have not sent me and they are trying to contact by any means and they do not respond. I really do not recommend this service at all.

Pague por una lona un martes me dijeron que el viernes estaría, obviamente no estuvo pasaron 10 días y solo me dieron mi dinero ni disculpas ni nada y con mal genio nefasto no lo recomiendo para nada. Son un asco.
Criticism: Professionalism
I paid for a tarp on a Tuesday they told me that Friday would be, obviously it was not 10 days and they only gave me my money, no apologies or anything and with a bad temper I do not recommend it at all. They are disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deficiente el servicio y la atención, en mi experiencia me dieron fecha de entrega del sabado 11 de julio 2020 y hoy 16/07/2020 aun no la entregan sin contar que diario se iba al local "porque ahora si la tendrían" dicen mentiras justificando su falta de profesionalismo y no tienen el valor para decir que simplemente son incompetentes para cumplir con lo acordado. me bloquearon y a mi esposo tambien y ni el anticipo, ni la lona. perdida de tiempo y de dinero. (se les explico, que se requeria super urgente para un negocio y no les importo !! )
Poor service and attention, in my experience they gave me a delivery date of Saturday July 11, 2020 and today 07/16/2020 they still do not deliver it without counting that the newspaper was going to the premises "because now they would have it" they tell lies justifying their lack of professionalism and do not have the courage to say that they are simply incompetent to comply with what was agreed. They blocked me and my husband too and neither the advance nor the canvas. waste of time and money. (It was explained to them, that it was super urgent for a business and they did not care !!)
