M	Marco Antonio Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio..me tardaron 15 dias en entregar de lo acordado..se equivocaron y a todos les echan la culpa pero no a ellos, se quedo en un producto y me lo cambiaron porq dicen que sus proveedores no lo tienen a tiempo y que tienen mucho trabajo, sino pueden con mas trabajo para que aceptan pedidos que no pueden hacer..en fin. PÉSIMO Terrible service ... it took me 15 days to deliver what was agreed ... they were wrong and they all blame them but not them, I stayed in a product and they changed it because they say their suppliers do not have it on time and that they have a lot of work, but they can with more work so that they accept orders that they cannot do ... anyway. APPALLING

Si buscan bordar o ponchar es accesible pero revisen bien el tamaño que entregan contra el que les devuelven. Deberían de trabajar más con su personal porque cuando te felicitan por ser un cliente no "enojon" es porque algo no están haciendo bien. Tendrán una buena maquina pero eso no lo es todo; para este tipo de servicio les falta profesionalismo. They do not respect the work that is previously agreed upon, if they notice in the comments they end up doing it wrong, they still take a very bad attitude, of: "you accept it or not because I already did it". They will have a good machine but that is not everything; for this type of service they lack professionalism.
