★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente mandé bordar 12 camisas me las hecharon a perder pues la parte del bordado después de meterla a lavar y a la secadora se hizo todo chicharrón el bordado,. Llame para que me resolvieron el problema, y desgraciadamente no me resolvieron nada.
La excusa que me daban es que las había metido a la secadora. Le expliqué que tengo otras camisas que toda la vida han llevado el mismo proceso de lavado y secado en secadora y nunca se han hecho así como estas que me bordaron ???
 Unfortunately I had 12 shirts embroidered, they spoiled me because the embroidery part after putting it in to wash and the embroidery was made all chicharrón in the dryer. I called to have the problem resolved, and unfortunately they did not solve anything.
The excuse they gave me was that I had put them in the dryer. I explained that I have other shirts that have all my life had the same washing and tumble drying process and they have never been made like these that they embroidered for me ???
