In short, since you arrive they take good care of you, but if the person who is going to take the picture is a minor ... in a very unprofessional way, they literally take you out of the cubicle where they take the picture, so that you "don't distract "to the child, when the child counts. Then, the photographs are taken on a paper of such a flat quality that if you pass the nail over it the photo is deleted. That happened to me that in the passport offices of the Spain park, with the simple manipulation of the documentation part of the face was erased, and those photographs rejected me.
