La panzita de res o menudo, está muy bien servido de carne pero les falta variedad como libro, panel, nervio etc. En general me decepcionó por el lugar y los precios, esperaba algo que valiera lo que vale. Las tortillas te las cobran. El servicio es muy atento.
 The place is comfortable. It is very easy to get there. The barbecue is not Hidalgo style. The beef belly or menudo, is very well served with meat but they lack variety such as book, panel, nerve, etc. Overall I was disappointed by the place and the prices, I was expecting something worth what it is worth. They charge you for tortillas. The service is very attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar abierto fresco muy agradable, el servicio es rápido y atento, pedimos un cuarto de borrego y un michiote y ambos una delicia la carne rica con buen sazón y suave, las tortillas azules estuvieron geniales lo que más me gusto es que estaban super delgadas por lo tanto me permitió disfruta más la carne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first time there. The lamb was prepared excellent. Flavors were Wonderful. Very courteous serving staff. Make sure you have a big appetite because it's very filling. Definitely going back. Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Free delivery Saturday & Sunday.
