Pedí un servicio técnico para reparación de Boiler Bosch y me pasaron el contacto de un técnico que nunca quiso contestarme ni por teléfono, ni por sms, ni por Whatsapp. Eso comente a la empresa y solo no les importó y me dijeron que pues era el único técnico y que no podían hacer más por mi... Ahorita muy probablemente tendré que cambiar de boiler y lo más seguro es que no pase por esta empresa para cualquier tipo de servicio...Que decepción
Terrible attention. I asked for a technical service to repair Boiler Bosch and they passed me the contact of a technician who never wanted to answer me, either by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. I commented to the company and they just did not care and they told me that I was the only technician and that they could not do more for me ... Right now I will most likely have to change the boiler and it is most likely that I will not go through this company to any kind of service ... what a disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mejor lugar en la ciudad para mantener en buen funcionamiento las herramientas( antes de mi ultima visita ) porque desde hace 2 meses la atención al público o por teléfono es exageradamente lenta, tengo 5 semanas esperando me entreguen mi herramienta y nunca me pueden dar razón por teléfono, o me dejan en espera......sin volver a contestar. Pésimo servicio.
The best place in the city to keep the tools in good working order (before my last visit) because for 2 months the attention to the public or by phone is exaggeratedly slow, I have 5 weeks waiting for my tool to be delivered and they can never give me a reason by phone, or they leave me on hold ...... without answering again. Terrible service.

Bad attention you call them and they don't answer, you arrive at the place and they are talking to their friends and family on the cell phone and they make you wait.
