★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos días, desafortunadamente tengo una queja muy grande en esta empresa ya que no me hicieron valer la garantía de un trabajo para el coche el cual lleve para cambiar balatas y rectificación de discos por lo que no recomiendo venir aquí ya que solo son palabras las promesas.
Es una cuestión muy delicada en el sentido de que se trabajan con empresas y tanto los laboratorios como las arrendadoras siempre buscan el mejor trato para que la ganancia sea ganar - ganar para ambos, pero aquí en esta ocasión no fue así, por lo que desafortunadamente tuve esta experiencia aquí y pues ahora volveré a realizar el mismo trabajo pero en otro lugar gastando dos veces por el mismo trabajo.
Me da pena esta situación pero es una triste realidad y como no quisieron hacerse responsables, entonces debo pensar que no son ni éticos ni leales hacia sus clientes.

Good morning, unfortunately I have a very big complaint in this company since they did not enforce the guarantee of a job for the car which I take to change brake pads and rectify discs so I do not recommend coming here since the promises are only words .
It is a very delicate matter in the sense that we work with companies and both the laboratories and the leasing companies always look for the best deal so that the profit is win - win for both, but here this time it was not like that, so unfortunately I had this experience here and now I will do the same job again but in another place spending twice for the same job.
I am sorry for this situation but it is a sad reality and since they did not want to take responsibility, then I must think that they are neither ethical nor loyal towards their clients.
