By far the most equipped Gym in all of Monterrey, if what you are looking for is Muscle building and leaving you superficial, Bosco is the right Gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para los que no son exigentes en lo estético este gym es para entrenar. Cuenta con todos los servicios; regaderas, lokers, cardio, pesas, etc. Todo es muy funcional. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. El administrador: excelente servicio.
For those who are not demanding in aesthetics, this gym is for training. It has all the services; showers, lokers, cardio, weights, etc. Everything is very functional. I highly recommend it. The manager: excellent service.

Creo que a pesar de ser equipo súper viejito, cumple con los propósitos, la cosa es que le den mantenimiento y que los aparatos tengan instrucciones de uso y ajuste (algunos son muy raros jeje).
La limpieza también es importante, a pesar de que las reglas son claras, ninguno de los usuarios lleva toalla.
Por pandemia no hay entrenador disponible hasta las 7pm.
Si vas a entrenar sin poses y no eres muy exigente, cumple con lo necesario.

I think that despite being super old equipment, it fulfills the purposes, the thing is that they give it maintenance and that the devices have instructions for use and adjustment (some are very rare hehe).
Cleanliness is also important, although the rules are clear, none of the users carry a towel.
Due to a pandemic, there is no coach available until 7pm.
If you are going to train without poses and you are not very demanding, do what is necessary.
