La bomba de agua que tengo instalada no para de funcionar día y noche (cosa que es bastante molesta ya que tengo que estarla desconectando por las noches porque no deja dormir ni a mí ni a los vecinos), les comenté a los encargados que se iba a descomponer, cosa que acaba de suceder (ahora sin servicio y con un alto consumo de luz y agua). Por si fuera poco en 15 días se agotaron 60 litros de gas lo que me hace pensar en una posible fuga, algo que aparte de todo es muy peligroso pero ni así han venido a revisar. Ya levanté una queja ante PROFECO para que vean que todo es real. Lo siento, entiendo que son cosas que pueden pasar con viviendas nuevas pero definitivamente la atención en el proceso de post-venta ha sido pésima. Espero me contacten a la brevedad para resolver todas las anomalías que se han presentado.

Sorry, I understand that these are things that can happen with new homes, but the attention in the post-sale process has definitely been lousy. I hope to be contacted shortly to solve all the anomalies that have arisen.
