★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento nuevo a la orillas (o al menos así parece) de Querétaro. Con un estilo minimalista todas las casitas en blanco le dan un toque de sencillez y elegancia. Aunque hay tiendas cercanas, es indispensable el uso de vehículo por las distancias y lo empinado.
It is a new subdivision on the shores (or so it seems) of Querétaro. With a minimalist style, all the white houses give it a touch of simplicity and elegance. Although there are shops nearby, the use of a vehicle is essential due to the distances and the steepness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal de caseta faltó de actitud de servicio. El fraccionamiento muy sucio, no cuenta con sistema de riego lo que favorece a que todas las áreas verdes del fraccionamiento se encuentren en pésimas condiciones. En conclusión muy malo su sistema de administración.
Booth staff lacked service attitude. The very dirty subdivision does not have an irrigation system, which favors all the green areas of the subdivision are in terrible condition. In conclusion, their administration system is very bad.
