★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de asistir a una fiesta en este lugar, pésima la atención de las personas del staff, abren y cierran la puerta principal con llave y cuando llega la gente te ponen jeta para abrir una vez comenzada la fiesta!! Les hace falta un micrófono y más variedad, la verdad súper aburrido, mi hijo ya se quería ir a las 2 hrs. No Lo recomiendo.

They need a microphone and more variety, the truth is super boring, my son already wanted to leave at 2 o'clock. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para los niños, con diversas temáticas y para todas las edades. No es el clásico brincolin y piscina de pelotas, puedes imaginar que estas en un cuento. Es un lugar de fantasía...uno como adulto lo disfruta. La comida estuvo rica, así como el pastel, el staf bien. Es un lindo lugar para festejar y convivir. Me llevé una bonita experiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bueno. El lugar tiene decoraciones propias para dar varias apariencias ya sea un castillo o la casa de té. Es un lugar amplio suficiente para una fiesta. Lo malo. Y no es que solo quiera este apartado pero no hay mucho q se pueda rescatar en cuanto a comodidades y servicios. Comencemos por qué no cuenta con estacionamiento ni propio ni alguna zona en la calle que se pueda adecuar. En tiempos de pandemia no cuentan con ninguna medida de sanitizacion. Solo cuentan con un sanitario para damas y uno para caballeros. El personal tiene una mala actitud y servicio el agua de ambiente de rio se encuentra con tierra eso quiere decir q no hay suficiente cuidado el lugar no ofrece ningún tipo de adorno incluído en el precio así como solo es por 4 hrs para un costo tan elevado. Si cuentas con una persona con necesidades especiales te recomiendo a contemples q no cuenta con tantas comodidades.
