The shak's are very comfortables the location is very near to the downtown the service you have to do it by your self. The room's are very comfortables the experience it is very good

Nice cabins decoration good choice for a romantic gateway if off weekend reservations are book otherwise the place is quiet costly. If you plan to grill your own beef ask for a cabin that has flat garden around otherwise they will allocate you on the hill side not convinient for grilling drills.

SCAMMER ALERT!, Beware of these people. We reserved a 3 room cabin (big size) and a 1 room (small size) cabin because we were traveling along with another couple. We paid 100% upfront, and had evidence of everything (reservation and transfer screenshot). When we arrived, we were told that... "the online system gave us the reservation but not the staff, meaning, the reservation was invalid" That's the dumbest excuse I have heard and yet, they ended up giving us what they wanted (1 medium sized cabin and 2 small sized cabins). We thought this was an isolated event... ho God we were wrong.. during the check-in process, we saw 2 other guys (from 2 different groups), shouting to the staff members out of frustration because their reservations were not being respected. These people are aware of the problem and apparently they will keep on doing it. I highly suggest to use another service. I have personally used "Monte Verde" and "Lupita", for around 12 years without any problem. I was just trying to explore a different option and these people made me regret my decision.

Good cabins with hot tub. Unorganised though. There's construction work taking place and those blowing leaves make a LOT of noise in the morning when we should be resting

Unfortunately all pictures of this place were lost when my last cellphone felt and died. But hopefully I can be a bit of help with information. You can make a reservation by phone or through their website and other platforms/apps. Once you get there, they will ask for a 2 thousand pesos safety deposit in cash just in case something within the room gets damaged, but they will give this money back once you leave. I don't recall if there is an specific time to enter the room as we arrived a bit late, but you need to leave at 12. They have great views for pictures. Within the room you can find a yacuzzi, bathroom, fireplace and the bed which is pretty big and comfy. I suggest to buy extra pieces of wood because it gets really cold at night, but with the fireplace on, you can stay warm. The yacuzzi is nice for bubble bath, they have hot water. Once you enter the room they have a box with water bottles, cookies and even wine bottles, but they will charge extra if you take anything. The only thing I disliked was the food, they have room service which I thought was a plus, but when I tasted the food, wow it was horrible. We even ordered other things from the menu thinking maybe the pizza was bad, but they must have something good. I regret that decision. The place is amazing to stay in, but eat somewhere else.
