★ ★ ★ ★ ★ inmobiliaria ujenzi pesimistas construcciones muros falsos mal hechos, puerta de ingreso de tambor que son para interiores el lavabo mal pegado, en verdad una verdadera vergüenza si antes chequeen todo por que nada mas esconden los vicios para que después de un año ya no valer tu garantía. la arquitecta que esta solo busca esconder los vicios . mucho cuidado que no te pase lo que a nosotros, a y no es fraccionamiento privado.
real estate ujenzi pessimistic constructions false walls badly made, drum entrance door that are for the interior the basin badly glued, really a real shame if first check everything because nothing else hide the vices so that after a year your guarantee is no longer worth . the architect who is only looking to hide the vices. very careful that what happens to us does not happen to you and is not private fractionation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar muy tranquilo para vivir, tiene varios parques dentro del fraccionamiento el cual es acceso libre a todos los residentes, hay cancha de fútbol y basquetball, las áreas comunes son muy amplias y muy bien cuidadas, hay seguridad las 24 hrs, los lugares son excelentes para sacar a pasear a tu mascota, la jardinería es buena, los parques son básicos pero cuidados, la gente es amable, lo único malo que tiene es que está muy apartado de los lugares comunes en gdl y zapopan, pero en copalita en la entrada esta muy bien ya que venden casi de todo.
Excellent very quiet place to live, it has several parks within the subdivision which is free access to all residents, there is a soccer and basketball court, the common areas are very large and very well maintained, there is 24 hour security, the places are excellent to take your pet for a walk, the gardening is good, the parks are basic but well cared for, the people are friendly, the only bad thing is that it is very far from the common places in gdl and zapopan, but in copalita in the entrance is very good since they sell almost everything.
