En la punta de la lomita y excelente servicio amplios jardines y esta uno en contacto con la naturaleza y muy cerca de la ciudad saliendo por av. Vallarta Very nice and panoramic establishment. Los ingresos al fraccionamiento están muy bien logrados y pueden darse desde la autopista a Tepic o por la parte posterior del fraccionamiento, que lleva por calle 5 de mayo a Avenida Aviación. Coto Pino is my favorite, has a pool and his clubhouse is very nice. Income to the subdivision is very well achieved and can be given from the highway to Tepic or from the back of the subdivision, which leads along 5th May street to Avenida Aviacion.

El tráfico si es complejo pero nada que no se pueda arreglar, ya gdl a donde vayan es un caos Beautiful place very comfortable and beautiful everything too quiet. V	VILLANO CORP. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conjunto de residencias en venta, en proceso, terrenos en venta y casas en renta. Un lugar muy bonito para vivir. PERO!!!! Si llega a haber un accidente en Av Vallarta, te retrasa por mucho! Ya sea yendo o viniendo hacia el fraccionamiento. El ruido del tren, para los residentes en horas de la madrugada, ni se diga!! El congestionamiento vial sin el puente para retorno aún, peligroso a mi punto de vista el ingreso al fraccionamiento. Pero ya estando dentro, las casas y áreas verdes, muy amplias y agradables a la vista. Set of residences for sale, in process, land for sale and houses for rent. A very nice place to live. BUT!!!! If there is an accident in Av Vallarta, it delays you for a long time! Either going or coming to the subdivision. The noise of the train, for residents in the early morning hours, not to mention! The road congestion without the bridge to return yet, dangerous in my point of view entering the subdivision. But once inside, the houses and green areas, very spacious and pleasing to the eye.
