Al parecer ya no venden ropa de 5 años vieja como si fuera nueva. Antes lo hacian todo el tiempo.
El sastre no está capacitado para resolver cosas básicas como dobladillo en los pantalones.
No saben como sacar facturas, si ocupas una tendrás que ir 2 o 3 veces a la tienda para reclamar la factura.
En resumen el producto es de excelente calidad pero el servicio no está a la altura del producto.
The service has improved a bit compared to years ago but is still mediocre.
Apparently they no longer sell 5 year old clothes like new. Before they did it all the time.
The tailor is not trained to solve basic things like hemming of pants.
They do not know how to draw invoices, if you occupy one you will have to go 2 or 3 times to the store to claim the invoice.
In short, the product is of excellent quality but the service is not up to par with the product.
