We had a large to go order and they didn't give us all of it...so by the 3rd time (and receipt) they had it all on there...yes there was a language barrier so we were thankful. Our bill was just under $3000 pesos ($29something), we gave $3500. So when we left they shorted us a grande pizza we paid for and no receipt, we didn't realize it until we got back to our resort and were figuring everyone's orders. The interpreter for our company called and they can't do anything because we have no receipt of course. Please pay attention to your receipts and order before you leave. Obviously manager doesn't care because this would never happen in U.S. They made us feel like we were lying and knew it just because we are Americans.
