Los meseros ejercen presión para que consumamos y además se llevan las botellas aún sin que estén vacías, para que tengan cuidado. The place leaves a lot to be desired. Eran aprox. las 8 de la noche, llegue junto con mi esposa y el chango de la cadena se nos quedó mirando. Preguntamos sí ya estaba abierto y nos respondío que si, qué si teniamos reservación o ya nos esperaban, a lo cúal contestamos que no. Le preguntamos si era necesaria la reservación y confirmó que sí. Luego volteó hacía adentro y comento que nos iba a dejar pasar, que no creía que hubiera problema ya que tenian espacio. (Aclaro que el lugar estaba vacio, solo 1 mesa como con 4 chavos) Así mismo, previo a "dejarnos pasar" mencionó que sería necesario hacerme una revisión. Ya para ese momento le comente a mi esposa que nos retiraramos del lugar. Faltó poco para que me preguntara si llevaba dinero para pagar, o sí los guaraches eran mios. NOS DISCRIMINARON por no tener RESERVACION. Finalmente puntualizo que yo iba con el uniforme de la empresa para la que trabajo y mi esposa con ropa muy adecuada para una noche de jueves para ir a un lugar del estilo. Me "atendía" un chico de tez clara, cabello corto y camisa azul, que aparte de su pésimo servicio quería incluir propina en la cuenta y si no dejábamos dijo que mandaría a retirarnos. Si es un buen servicio con gusto dejaria mínimo el 20% pero no fue así. Por parte del equipo de seguridad se acercó un elemento quien nos preguntó si había algún problema, le explicamos nuestra experiencia y amablemente nos dijo que pasaría el reporte, el gerente también se portó buen rollo, el sí me pudo vender una bebida. Aprovechando que la gente esta distraída en la fiesta. Aspectos positivos: La decoracion me parece muy bonita y la musica está bien a veces puedes ver futbol en sus pantallas. Esta limpio, hay orden y seguridas. E	Edmag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pierdan su tiempo el personal es descortés con los clientes y a fuerza nos querian meter una botella, eramos 10 personas no nos dieron 3 mesas aunque el lugar estaba vacío. Los invito a no asistir para evitar pasar malos ratos. Do not waste your time the staff is rude to customers and by force they wanted to put a bottle in us, we were 10 people they did not give us 3 tables although the place was empty. I invite you not to attend to avoid having a bad time.
