Botánica Granel nace como la primera opción de mini super a granel en México y tenemos dos principales objetivos.
El primero, es dejar de generar basura a partir de lo que consumimos permitiéndole a nuestros clientes llevar sus propios recipientes para hacer sus compras diarias y, el segundo, proporcionar una red de distribución directa a pequeños productores en todo México con el objetivo de ofrecer productos frescos, de calidad y lo más importante, nuestros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues tienen de todo y los precios no están tan mal considerando las tiendas de esa misma rama y la zona pero el servicio al cliente podría mejorar pues parece que están de malas y te quieren atender rápido solo para que te vayas lo más pronto posible, estado natural que es la competencia más cercana no tiene ni la infraestructura ni la disposición de la mercancía de botánica a granel pero siempre están llenos y atienden de una manera cordial y cálida ojalá pudieran capacitar a su staff en servicio al cliente.

Good place to buy what you need in bulk to my liking, it is an excellent option if you do not need too much of everything, good quality products, fresh and with all hygiene standards... highly recommended in La Condesa for those who are neighbors. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place very much. They have a fairly broad range of products at what I think are decent prices, sometimes even a little cheaper than in regular stores. As far as I have tried so far everything is of good quality too. The people in the shop are very friendly and helpful, they will help you select and weigh out your products and containers if needed. If you do not have your own containers you can buy reusable packaging here as well or use the paper bags provided.
