Mi única recomendación al chef sería que no use quesos veganos industriales, no están a la altura del sabor de su buena cocina.
The place is very nice, the service is very good and the food is very tasty. So many plant based options are appreciated.
My only recommendation to the chef would be that he does not use industrial vegan cheeses, they are not up to the taste of his good cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero atención y tacto del gerente hacia los comensales y meseros. Me pregunto que si ya había consumido algo porque ya llevaba más de dos horas sin saber que ya había pedido bebidas/comida etc. Primer lugar al que visitó que me exigen un consumo.
Zero attention and tact from the manager towards the diners and waiters. I wonder if he had already consumed something because it had been more than two hours without knowing that he had already ordered drinks/food etc. First place I visited that demanded a consumption.
