UPDATE 3/21/22 ACTUALIZACION 3/21/22 I will not erase my initial review of this store because what happened to me was real. With that being said I can now tell you what has happened since my last review. About 2 weeks ago I was contacted by an employee of Jhonn Whaynee boots in regards my bad experience with my purchase. The name of this lady that called me is Karla Aranda. She offered to send me a brand new pair of boots to replace the ugly, painted ones I got in the first purchase. I agreed and sent my shipping information to them and to my surprise, they did sent me a really nice pair of boots just like I wanted them the first time I visit the store. I can tell you guys that this brand new pair is 1000 times better that what I got the first time. I will show you pics of the new boots so you can see too. It is too bad that all this had to happened in order for me to received what I paid for, but I’m really glad that someoned reached out to fix my situation. Don’t know if I will ever buy from them again, but I’m thankful that someone listened to me. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - No borrare mi primera reseña que hice de esta compañia, por que lo que me paso a mi fue un hecho real. Pero si les contare que es lo que ha sucedido despues de esta experiencia. Resulta que hace un par de semanas recibi una llamada de una empleada de Johnn Whaynee Boots. Me dijo que no querian yo me quedara con una mala impresion de ellos y que por esa razon me querian reponer sin ningun costo para mi el par de botas que originalmente yo habia pedido. Yo accedi y les mande mis datos y en efecto, ellos me mandaron un excelente par de botas nuevas. Justo como yo las habia ordenado la primera vez. Este nuevo par de botas es 1000 veces mejor que el feo par de botas pintarrajeadas que recibi la primera vez. Es una lastima que haya que tenido que pasar por todo esto para poder obtener lo que yo queria desde un principio, pero estoy muy agradecida que la Srita Karla Aranda me haya contactado para resolver el asunto. No se si yo volveria a comprar de esta marca, pero si estoy agradecida de que alguien me haya escuchado. ♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️ FIRST REVIEW PRIMERA OPINION - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I had a terrible experience with this brand. I went to Leon, to the actual store about 4 weeks ago. Found a pair of boots that I liked, but they didn’t had my size. They told me that they could make a brand new pair of my size and color I wanted, but they will have to ship it because it will take some time. Long story short… They shipped me a pair of boots that looked used already and they did not make me a new pair. Instead they painted over some green ones. I sent a message to the person who sold them to me as soon as I received them, but he didn’t bother to answer back. I spent $5,400 pesos for an ugly pair of boots. Don’t trust them!!! There are plenty of other brands that you can buy from. Tuve una terrible experiencia con esta compañia. Fui a Leon y visite la tienda fisicamente. Me gustaron un par de botas, pero no habia del color que yo las queria. Me dijeron que ellos me las podian hacer. Acepte y me lleve una terrible decepcion. Las botas parecian usadas y ademas no las mandaron hacer. Las botaa que recibi estaban sobre pintadas encima de un color verde asqueroso. Contacte a la persona que me las vendio y le dije lo que estaba recibiendo. Jamas me volvieron a responder. No compren esta marca de botas. En Leon, Guanajuato hay muchas opciones mas de donde escojer. Pague $5,400 pesos por unas botas asquerosas. Aqui les comparto las fotos. Cuidado!!!!
