★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les falta muchísimo en atención al cliente. Lastima que es un buen producto. Soy cliente de las dos sucursales (galerías y san Agustín) pero está un poco mejor en galerías. Te atienden regularmente pero no se te ocurra necesitar un servicio de cambio, una garantía o algo porque no saben qué hacer. Animo! Ojalá el sueño se dé cuenta de eso.
They lack a lot in customer service. Pity that it is a good product. I am a client of the two branches (galleries and San Agustín) but it is a bit better in galleries. They attend you regularly but do not even think about needing a change service, a guarantee or something because they do not know what to do. Cheer up! I hope the dream realizes that.

Justificando la contingencia, sin embargo eso no impide que puedas darle una atención al cliente. Además que todos los teléfonos los tienen cancelados los lacras. ?Pésima atención al cliente en línea. Además el pedido en línea realizado llegó incompleto, solicité dos artículos y me llegó solo uno, pero ya me cansé de estar tratando de comunicarme con la tienda on line. No recomiendo para nada está marca, era una de mis marcas favoritas en su tiempo pero ya perdió calidad.
Terrible attention. You place orders and they do not have staff or someone to report on it. Justifying the contingency, however that does not prevent you from being able to provide customer service. Also, all phones have blots canceled. És Terrible online customer service. In addition, the online order placed was incomplete, I ordered two items and only one came, but I am tired of trying to communicate with the online store. I do not recommend this brand at all, it was one of my favorite brands in its time but it has already lost quality.
