It's not quite Alcala's in Chicago (it's quite a bit smaller), but they have a fairly good selection, and the prices are quite reasonable.
Whats more, they are extremely helpful, especially if you're like me and have terrible spanish!
It's not just boots - they've got all the other "western" stuff you could ever want - especially belt-buckles the size of your head...
