Los horarios están demasiado matados, si claro de 8:00 AM a 6:30 PM de lunes a viernes y de 8:00 AM a 1:30 PM los sábados, pero esto es un engaño te obligan a quedarte hasta las 8:30 pm todos los días, en ocasiones te hacen ir los domingo y si te niegas te despiden o si vas resulta que no te lo pagan. La verdad la paga no compensa el tiempo invertido, no se respetan los derechos del trabajador. La organización en si no funciona correctamente, no hay un flujo de productividad, mucha rotación de personal por lo mismo de que nadie quiere trabajar en esta "prisión". Ahora está el personal a cargo y el de recursos humanos, se creen dueños de tu persona te ignoran, te descriminsn, te humillan y hasta engañan. !PISTOLEROS ES UNA EMPRESA QUE NO RESLETA A SU TRABAJDOR¡ Terrible company does not see the worker as a worker, it sees him as a slave.
