Compré un producto que no tenían en existencia pero me aseguraron que les llegaría en 2 días. Dejé pagado y quedaron en comunicarse conmigo cuando ya lo tuvieran. Al no recibir llamada una semana después, me comuniqué. Me comentaron que el proveedor les había quedado mal pero que les llegaba en una semana más. Yo fui paciente y dos semanas después, al no tener noticias, nuevamente marqué. Quedaron en regresarme la llamada en 40 minutos cosa que no sucedió. Hoy volví a marcar. Después de varios minutos a la espera en el teléfono, la señora que me atendió me confirmó que ya tenían mi producto. Para mi sorpresa, cerró con un "¿cuándo vas a venir por tu producto? Te lo encargo porque ya lleva mucho tiempo aquí" Wow!!! No me esperaba un regaño después de toda la paciencia que les tuve. Aguas con la atención al cliente. No está a la altura de su tienda.
The store is beautiful and they have a great selection of products. However, I had a bad experience with my purchase. I bought a product that they did not have in stock but they assured me that it would arrive in 2 days. I paid and they agreed to contact me when they already had it. Not receiving a call a week later, I contacted. They told me that the supplier had left them badly but that it would arrive in one more week. I was patient and two weeks later, having no news, I dialed again. They agreed to call me back in 40 minutes, which did not happen. Today I dialed again. After several minutes of waiting on the phone, the lady who attended me confirmed that they already had my product. To my surprise, he closed with a "when are you going to come for your product? I order it because it has been here a long time" Wow !!! I was not expecting a scolding after all the patience I had with them. Waters with customer service. It is not at the height of its store.
