Toma todas las clases para escoger las favoritas y campechanear en la semana, los horarios son por las mañanas y en las tardes, todas las clases super dinámicas, retadoras y divertidas, trabajas toooodoooo, sales empoderada, fuerte y sudadisima. En ocasiones especiales tipo el día del amor y la amistad, se invitan a los hombres a tomar las clases para que vean que tan intenso se entrena.

Different props are used: tomblin, weights, barbell and garters. Take all the classes to choose your favorites and indulge in the week, the schedules are in the mornings and in the afternoons, all the super dynamic, challenging and fun classes, you work toooodoooo, you come out empowered, strong and sweaty. On special occasions such as the day of love and friendship, men are invited to take classes to see how hard they train.
