Hasta 2 días después tuve que ir al local a resolver el inconveniente y me entregaron el arreglo bien, pero le faltó la nota que les dije que agregaran.
Falta de formalidad por parte de las personas que atienden.
When I placed an order they told me that they would make it as I wanted without problem, however a day later they told me that they did not have the flowers I wanted available, I tried to contact them but they never responded. Up to 2 days later I had to go to the store to solve the problem and they gave me the arrangement well, but it lacked the note that I told them to add.
Lack of formality on the part of the people who attend.
