Pero después les encargue un ramo de novia y lo hicieron súper chiquito y sencillo, no se parecía nada a la foto que les mande. Me argumentaron falta de flores pero nunca se tomaron la molestia de hablarme para informarme o darme opciones :'(
First I bought them a bouquet for a birthday and I saw how they did it and everything was beautiful. But then I ordered a bridal bouquet from them and they made it super small and simple, it was nothing like the photo I sent them. They argued for a lack of flowers but never bothered to talk to me to inform me or give me options: '(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!! Encargué Y PAGUÉ un mes antes un arreglo para el día de la madre. Pedí que lo llegarán temprano y pagué el envío. El 10 de mayo a las 3 pm me llamaron para pedirme que MI MAMÁ pasara por su arreglo floral porque no lo iban a poder llevar.
Terrible service!! I ordered AND PAID a month before an arrangement for Mother's Day. I asked for it to arrive early and I paid for shipping. On May 10 at 3 pm they called me to ask MY MOM to pick up her flower arrangement because they weren't going to be able to take it.
