★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar estaba muy cómodo: cerca del centro y las camas riquísimas... pero la mujer de la recepción es HORRIBLE. Prepotente y grosera. Te trata como si estuvieras invadiendo su espacio. No es un hotel de solo adultos, pero les puso cara de fuchi a mis hijos. Lo bueno era cuando ella no estaba. El joven que se quedaba a cubrirla era lo contrario muy amable con las cosas que le solicité.
 The place was very comfortable: near the center and the very rich beds ... but the woman at the reception is HORRIBLE. Overbearing and rude. It treats you as if you were invading its space. It is not an adults-only hotel, but it made my children look fuchi. The good thing was when she wasn't there. The young man who stayed to cover her was otherwise very kind with the things I requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay here was for a week in January of 2020. Great room, great help with finding places to get out and explore, and the terrace is great for breakfast. The staff and owner are very personable.
I highly recommend this place for itself as well as for its location near the Zocalo, Avenida Turistica, Banks with ATMs. I was made to feel very welcome. A very classic place, winding stairs, quiet clean rooms, great service in the room, in the lobby, and on the terrace. Enjoy.
